Kayan Mental Health Workshop

As part of the Kayan Mental Health Initiative, a mental health awareness project that aims to promote mental health literacy amongst high school students in Ras Al Khaimah, we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Zaki Emad & Ms. Ayesha, fifth-year medical students from Ras Al Khaimah Medical and Health Sciences University, for holding an interactive workshop for our senior students on Saturday 18^th January.

Importantly, Kayan is working towards removing stigma and promoting conversations about the importance of mental health in our future generations. Kayan is also a proud recipient of a School Grant from the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Policy Research. The Foundation awards School Grants to projects that aim to improve the school environment, enhance student learning, and foster an overall positive student experience in Ras Al Khaimah.
